Brand Marketian ("we", "us") is a growth marketing agency based in New Delhi, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit brandmarketian.com, fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram ads), or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number and email address.
Business details you give us: company or brand name, website or social media link, the services you are interested in and your marketing budget.
Anything you write in a message or form.
Basic website usage data collected by Google Analytics and Cloudflare (pages visited, device and approximate location). This does not identify you by name.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email and share a proposal.
To understand which of our services fits your business.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not sign up for.

Who can see it

Only the Brand Marketian team handling your enquiry. We use trusted tools to run our business (for example Meta for ads and lead forms, Google for analytics and spreadsheets, and our own secure admin system), and they process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices
